This is to formally inform everyone that the 2025 Annual Statement verification conducted by the Insurance Commission examiners has been completed. In line with this, the Commission directed Management to submit projects/programs for the allocation of the Excess Free Unassigned Fund Balance.
During the Special Board Meeting held on July 23, 2025, the Board approved the following allocation of 2025 Excess Free Unassigned Fund Balance amounting to ₱ 6,549,011.41:
