This is to formally inform everyone that the 2024 Annual Statement verification conducted by the Insurance Commission examiners has been completed. In line with this, the Commission directed Management to submit projects/programs for the allocation of the Excess Free Unassigned Fund Balance.
During the Special Board Meeting held on December 1, 2025, the Board approved the following allocation:
APPROVED ALLOCATION OF EXCESS 2024 FREE UNASSIGNED FUND BALANCE
(Php 5,998,140.50)
